• Provide consultation to internal associates on HR policies • Resolve formal employment complaints • Investigate and resolve manager and associate issues • Act as a coach and providing guidance to people leaders and associates • Ensure all associates have knowledgeable resources for challenging employment issues • Collaborate with other departments for compliance and solutions • Review departmental case data to identify trends • Enhance people leader capabilities through partnerships

• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support the needs of internal and external customers, including regulatory and compliance needs, as well as network support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain reports and resources required by internal and external constituencies. • Review complex reporting requirements and apply the requirements to available data in the EDW and elsewhere. • Review existing reports to look for opportunities to increase efficiency and improve accuracy. • Utilize SQL and other available tools to create ad hoc reports as needed. • Monitor deadlines to finish projects accurately and on time. • Keep leadership and requesters apprised of risks. • Work constructively with team members to achieve common goals.

• Collaborating with the Solution Owner (Principal Strategic Consultant) on the design and owns the execution and detailed configuration for major functional areas of the solution, ensuring optimal platform use within the defined design • Leading detailed business process mapping sessions for specific functions or departments to identify pain points and configure the target state processes • Delivering operational optimization projects focused on refining existing workflows and improving productivity within defined parameters • Providing technical feasibility assessments for configuration requests within the core platform • Working closely with the Solution Owner to understand the overall design and proactively flags potential technical triggers that may require engagement with the Solution Architect (SA) or other technical resources or owns this engagement where the SO doesn’t exist • Serving as a key contributor to resolution discussions regarding solution or configuration challenges, partnering with the Project Manager (PM) & Solution Owner (SO) to manage communication and drive the path to resolution • Consulting with the Data Engineer to ensure the configured solutions aligns with data transformation requirements • Contributing to and executing the customer’s change management and adoption plan • Acting as a trusted advisor to key users, guiding them through Bullhorn best practices and operational trade-offs to protect the integrity of the solution design

• Develop, lead, and implement strategic projects within Ascension. • Lead implementations of new healthcare strategy and processes. • Create, review, and present executive-level deliverables. • Gather, interpret, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources. • Manage a direct report associate from within the Strategic Integration consultant community. • Design and implement solutions aimed to enhance the consultant community.
