Customer Onboarding Specialist, Expert Tier

Wing Assistant

• Handle new customer onboarding by following established SOPs • Provide GoHighLevel technical support, including: Integrating Zoom accounts Assisting with phone verification issues • Support Facebook Ads–related inquiries, including: Setting up Facebook Business Manager Creating and managing ad accounts Answering basic ad system questions • Communicate with clients and internal teams via Discord

Job Requirements

  • Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and ad accounts
  • Previous experience in customer onboarding or customer support
  • Excellent spoken and written English (very good accent required)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
  • Comfortable working with offshore teams
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
