Senior Engagement Manager

• Enterprise Project Leadership: Lead complex, high-stakes integrations for Tier-1 enterprise partners. Manage multi-stream projects involving custom features, heavy regulatory requirements, and bespoke operational workflows. • Strategic Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor on Open Banking strategy. Consult merchants not just on how to integrate, but on how to optimize their payment flows for maximum conversion in a real-time payments landscape. • Process Architecture: Identify gaps in the current integration portfolio assets and policies. Create and refine "best practice" playbooks that the wider team can adopt to improve efficiency. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead operational rehearsals and orchestrate alignment across Product, Risk, Legal, and Support for large-scale launches. • Mentorship: Mentor Junior and Mid-level Engagement Managers, providing guidance on project management techniques and challenging client negotiations. • Feedback Loop: Synthesize market feedback from enterprise clients to provide high-level strategic input to the Product and Engineering roadmaps.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in technical program/project management, specifically handling Enterprise/Strategic accounts.
  • Advanced PM Skills: PMP or Agile certification is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs in complex matrix environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience managing Web Services API integrations; comfortable discussing technical architecture with CTOs and Engineering Leads.
  • Fintech Expert: Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem (Open Banking, ACH, RTP) is required.
  • Problem Solving: Proven track record of turning "red" (at-risk) projects into successful launches through negotiation and creative problem solving.

Role Description Composée de 5 agents dont le responsable d'unité, l'unité de Contrôle de Légalité et Contentieux, directement rattachée à la Direction, est chargée de vérifier la légalité des actes réglementaires (documents de planification) et individuels en matière d'urbanisme. Qualifications - Maîtrise des méthodes juridiques. - Connaissance approfondie du contentieux administratif. - Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (bureautique, internet & SIG). - Connaissance de base sur les métiers de la DDT. - Connaissance de l'organisation administrative territoriale. - Capacité de synthèse et de motivation d'équipe. - Sens de l'initiative et aptitude à rendre compte. - Réactivité et disponibilité. - Aptitude au dialogue avec les acteurs internes et externes. - Aptitude à l'animation de réunion.
