• Provide therapy to clients in a clinic setting while maintaining good clinical judgement • Ability to formulate a diagnosis upon completion of intake assessment • Complete timely clinical documentation • Create and update treatment plans according to policy • Provide therapy services based upon assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis • Respond to supervisory communication including urgent care situations and other clinical needs as applicable in virtual or face-to-face settings • Keep administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization • Respond to needs of clients in a timely and professional manner • Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care

• Provide assessments and services to students PreK-12 • Review students’ charts to improve appropriateness of SLP services to be individualized • Coordinate with Special Education Directors, faculty, and staff • Advocate for students with special needs and/or school districts at meetings

• Develop personalized, evidence-based care plans • Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy • Collaborate with local clinical teams and leaders across our brands • Build meaningful connections in new communities • Continue to learn and grow in a supportive, values-driven culture

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting. • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. • Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team. • Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system. • Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.
