• Conduct systematic literature review on RAG, LLMs, and semantic governance • Perform benchmarking of corporate and market solutions for DataOps automation • Develop embeddings engineering, chunking, and indexing techniques • Build and validate the vector database and retrieval mechanisms • Implement a RAG baseline, evaluating top-k, accuracy and latency

• Collaborates with Business Analysts, Product managers and Tech Lead to implement the solution. • Designs and implements efficient solutions that meet the functional requirements. • Extends existing or develops new code base using proven best-practice patterns and coding standards. • Thoroughly unit test code for all contingencies outlined in the requirements documentation. • Resolves the Issues and provide the code resolution in a timely manner. • Implement the application as specified within the planned budget, timeframe and within the companies defined quality standards. • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications, using Coldfusion and other as needed technologies. • Build and implement features provided in the specification document. • Translate business and technical requirements into extensible, scalable and maintainable applications. • Work on development projects, unit testing, Dev integration testing phases of projects. • Experience in MERN Stack would be an added advantage.

The role - We’re looking for our first Software Engineer in Test who thinks about quality as a system, not a phase at the end of development. - You’ll work closely with product and engineering to reduce overall bugginess in a fast-moving application where dozens of features and fixes ship daily. - This is not a traditional QA role — you’ll help define what “good” looks like, build guardrails that scale, and make quality visible across the team. You won’t be reviewing and QA’ing every pull request, but instead, adding a layer of QA and creating Production monitoring tools to help fix + prevent issues from ever reaching our customers.
