• Partner closely with Account Executives & Solutions Engineers on large deals • Leverage technical expertise to unblock pre-sales and post-sales teams • Capture, distill, and prioritize field feedback for the Product team • Create compelling content and technical presentations for various audiences • Continuously optimize operations and coordinate resources for technical engagements

• Design, implement, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise environments in AWS, Azure, On-Prem and hybrid infrastructures • Apply cloud engineering best practices, including high availability, load balancing, security hardening, and performance optimization • Configure and manage cloud networking: VPC/VNET design, VPNs, peering, routing, security groups, and firewalls • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise components (Portal, Server, Data Store, GeoEvent) • Support identity integrations (ADFS/Azure AD/OAuth), SSL/TLS, and enterprise security policies • Diagnose and remediate performance issues, outages, bottlenecks, and distributed system failures • Create or maintain automation workflows (PowerShell, Python, Bash) • Contribute to cloud deployment automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates • Implement monitoring strategies (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ArcGIS Monitor, PRTG) • Support geospatial data architecture, database connectivity, and cloud storage integrations (S3, Azure Blob, RDS/SQL Server)

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plan for prioritized customers • Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for Databricks use cases • Be the accountable technical leader assigned to specific use cases and customers across multiple selling teams • Create, own and execute point-of-view on how key use cases can be accelerated into production • Provide internal and external updates - KPI reporting on the status of usage and customer health

• Design, prototype, and build secure, scalable, and compliant full-stack solutions using Next.js and modern development practices. • Actively contribute to the codebase, balancing architectural excellence with pragmatic, delivery-focused execution. • Embed SOX and other compliance requirements directly into system architecture, data models, workflows, and application code from the ground up. • Design and implement agentic workflows and AI-augmented features, leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor to improve developer productivity and system capabilities. • Architect, customize, and extend headless content management systems, with a strong preference for hands-on experience with Payload CMS. • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to ensure technical feasibility and accurate translation of Figma designs into high-quality user interfaces. • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, definition of coding standards, architectural guidance, and hands-on mentorship, including pair programming. • Own solutions across the full stack, including frontend, backend, database modeling, and DevOps-related considerations such as CI/CD and deployment strategies.
