Solutions Engineer
BeyondTrust
• Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations and recommendations to prospects and customers. • Develop technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews. • Assist in response to Request for Proposals/Information. • Represent BeyondTrust at Trade Shows, Seminars, and other Company Events. • Use common Sales & Marketing applications such as Salesforce, Confluence, Skytap, etc. • Support technical evaluations of our products, including the development of Proof-of-Concept Success Plans. • Provide support for BeyondTrust Partners. • Continue to develop both BeyondTrust product and industry knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Information Systems) or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a pre-sales engineer and/or support engineer in privileged access management or an adjacent enterprise application such as IAM, SIEM, ITDR, etc.
- 3+ years of experience working for global software vendors.
- Ability to highlight product differentiators against competitors.
- Prior experience presenting security products at trade shows and security conferences.
- Significant experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, etc.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Working knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments.
- Nice To Have: Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH, Building, supporting, and selling security solutions experience preferred, Experience with BeyondTrust products, DevOps experience
