• Create door hardware schedules and technical specifications for architects, ensuring compliance with current codes and standards for new construction and asset-maintenance projects. • Recommend product application solutions to architects. • Facilitate design revisions, coordinate access control, and respond to technical questions throughout all project phases. • Communicate strategic project information to the Architectural Services Consultant to help develop project strategy for the sales team. • Communicate project changes that may impact specifications and commercial strategy, and maintain two-way communication with the Architectural Services Consultant and the sales team. • Assist sales teams with competitor product conversions. • Be proficient in electromechanical hardware products and solutions, including access control and software aspects. • Communicate coordination requirements and/or conflicts related to door hardware, such as access control, electrical requirements, and specialty doors. • Collaborate with the Architectural Services Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience and meet project commitments. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Allegion’s product portfolio and competitors by analyzing market data on competitive activity. • Adapt to market changes. • Use CRM and specification-writing software, as well as collaboration tools. • Manage the sales process through effective CRM management and clear communication.
