Senior Installations Engineer

• Perform value engineering and re-engineering analyses in building services disciplines, evaluating standards, systems and materials with a focus on cost optimization, technical improvement and constructability; • Manage suppliers and installation designers, including scope definition, budgeting/quotations, contracting and monitoring the development of services; • Review and validate detailed installation designs, ensuring compliance with technical standards, performance requirements, project guidelines and integration with architecture, structure and other disciplines; • Identify and resolve clashes and interferences between disciplines, proposing technical alternatives aligned with cost, schedule and performance assumptions; • Provide technical support to construction sites by attending meetings, clarifying design intent and helping resolve field issues.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related fields);
- Proven experience in the design and execution of installation systems;
- Integrated perspective across design, coordination and construction;
- Strong analytical skills and technical decision-making ability;
- Required proficiency in interpreting and analyzing drawings in AutoCAD and Revit;
- Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud is desirable;
- Advanced English for meetings and client coordination.
