Senior Oracle Forms Developer

• Maintain and develop new features in systems built with Oracle Forms/Reports and PL/SQL. • Create and sustain integrations between internal and external systems. • Ensure standardization of implementations, following the team's technical best practices and standards. • Work in multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies. • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing visibility on progress, risks, and impediments. • Propose efficient, scalable technical solutions aligned with the needs of the hospital business. • Mentor other developers, promoting best practices and coding standards.

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms/Reports and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with integrations between systems (APIs, gateways, internal services).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in the hospital/healthcare sector is desirable (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with system architecture and version control best practices.
  • Proactive in suggesting technical improvements and optimizations.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on knowledge sharing.
