Role Description - Pilotage des études préalables à la DUP, et des différentes procédures qui sont liées à l'avancée des études (études d'impact, déclaration/autorisation loi sur l'eau, dérogation espèces protégées, procédures d'acquisitions foncières). - Concertation sur les projets avec l’exploitant, les élus locaux, la Région AURA. - Elaboration et conduite des DUP. - Pilotage des études post DUP (AVP PRO, ?). - Pilotage d’opérations dans le cadre du dialogue de gestion annuel. - Pilotage de maîtres d’œuvre (interne ou privé) pour les phases conception et réalisation. - Suivi des coûts et des délais des opérations. - Elaboration de marchés transversaux. - Appliquer la procédure d'approbation de projet Tiers sur le réseau de la DIR MC. Qualifications - Connaissance du rôle de maître d'ouvrage. - Connaissances générales en marchés publics. - Connaissance en gestion de projet (coût/délais notamment). - Connaissance des procédures administratives et financières. - Utilisation des outils classiques de bureautique. Requirements - Capacités à animer, à communiquer et à convaincre. - Capacités à travailler en réseau. - Savoir animer une réunion. - Être pédagogue, diplomate. - Avoir le sens de l'écoute. - Savoir travailler en transversalité et sur plusieurs projets en parallèle. • Responsible for the strategic growth, operational excellence, and lifecycle ownership of SAP Finance capabilities • Define and govern the regional SAP Finance technology landscape • Provide expert, hands-on SAP FI guidance across configuration, design decisions, integration, and enhancements • Oversee system interoperability with Controlling, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, Tax, and FP&A platforms • Drive continuous improvement of Finance processes • Champion a cohesive and intuitive user experience for Finance teams • Collaborate deeply with Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Supply Chain, Commercial, and GTS teams • Lead and grow the SAP Finance Solutions team in Poland and the EMEA region

• Support and enhance how the company communicates its financial performance, strategy, and long-term value creation story to key external stakeholders, including analysts, investors, and financial media • Develop and execute quarterly earnings communications, including earnings press releases, executive scripts, Q&A materials, talking points, and support of investor messaging • Help articulate the company’s financial performance, operating drivers, capital allocation priorities, and strategic roadmap • Support the development of external materials for earnings calls, investor conferences, analyst meetings, non-deal roadshows, and investor days • Lead or support external communications tied to financial and strategic milestones, including M&A, portfolio actions, restructuring, leadership changes, and other material developments • Draft and refine high-quality content, including press releases, investor communications, executive messaging, FAQs, and backgrounders • Monitor financial media coverage and analyst commentary to identify themes, risks, and opportunities that inform messaging and engagement strategies

• Manage financial and accounting business matters in accordance with established procedures and standards • Develop and train bookkeeping and accounting support personnel to deliver quality service in accordance with established controls and standards • Independently manage financial services toward the company objective of quality service and high satisfaction; recommend actions to this end • Independently provide strategic management advice and service, including special complex requirements of large group practices, by gaining a strong working knowledge of the Group’s business and industry • Attend and conduct regular face-to-face meetings • Collaborate with Billing Manager to deliver service in a team approach with continuous communication and coordination • Occasional Travel as needed • Perform all other duties as assigned
