Role Description We're seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) and Oracle CX Service Cloud Analyst to design, implement, and support solutions that optimize our B2B service and field service operations. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to improve scheduling efficiency, enhance customer experience, and streamline service delivery.
