Field Service Technician

• Provide service and customer support during on-site visits • Diagnose, test, and repair vehicles utilizing computerized diagnostics equipment • Perform inspections and repairs using established procedures • Perform light and medium duty repairs in the following areas: Heating and air conditioning, electrical and electronic systems and brakes • Manual drivetrain, axels, suspension and steering • Automotive Transmission / Transaxles • Engine Repair • Perform light duty engine performance repair as well as diesel engines repairs • Prepare and submit work orders in a timely manner to assigned location • Collaborate closely with management to resolve technical issues. • Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommend the right products or services. • Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance works within the assigned territory and conduct customer training when required. • Provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance.
