• Strategic Prospecting: You identify tomorrow’s "big players" and spark genuine interest in Flip through creative and highly personalized approaches. • Relationship Management: You don’t just qualify leads; you build trust and develop potential customers into high-quality opportunities. • Pipeline Ownership: You manage your own customer pipeline and lead confident discovery calls. • AE Tandem: You work closely with your Account Executive, preparing product demos and supporting the entire sales cycle. • Impact on Product: You gather valuable insights and collaborate directly with our Product Owners to continuously improve Flip. • Presence: Together with your team, you represent Flip at trade fairs and industry events.
Job Requirements
- Sales Expertise: You have at least one year of solid experience in B2B software or technology sales.
- Enterprise Experience: You have a proven track record of navigating the landscape of large accounts (10,000+ employees).
- Methodology & Tools: You are a pro at personalized multichannel outreach and use CRM and networking tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator with ease.
- Hunter Spirit with a Consultant’s Mindset: You have the necessary drive and persistence for outbound sales, but you never lose sight of a consultative approach.
- Passion & Communication: You are passionate about innovative products and convince others with your infectious energy—both in German and English (fluent in speech and writing).
