Business Development Representative
Flip
• Strategic prospecting: You identify the “big players” of tomorrow and spark genuine interest in Flip through creative, personalized outreach. • Relationship management: You don’t just disqualify leads — you build trust and develop potential customers into real opportunities in the sales funnel. • Pipeline ownership: You manage your own customer pipeline and lead confident discovery calls in which you communicate the value of our app with precision. • AE tandem: You work closely with your Account Executive. Together you act as a strategic team, prepare product demos jointly and support the entire sales cycle. • Product impact: As the market-facing interface, you gather valuable insights and work directly with our Product Owners to continuously improve Flip. • Presence: Together with your team you represent Flip at trade shows and industry events and become the face of our mission.
Job Requirements
- Sales expertise: You have at least one year of solid experience in B2B software sales or technology sales.
- Enterprise experience: You have proven that you can operate confidently with large enterprise customers (10,000+ employees) and know how to navigate complex decision-making structures.
- Methodology & tools: You master personalized multichannel outreach and use CRM and networking tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator confidently to drive success.
- Hunter spirit with consultative skills: You have the necessary drive and persistence for prospecting while always maintaining a consultative approach to engage prospects as peers.
- Passion & communication: You are passionate about innovative products and persuade with an engaging manner — fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
