Demand Planning Analyst

• Build and maintain rolling forecasts across categories, collections, and product types • Analyze historical sales, demand indicators, sell through, and inventory health to produce accurate demand plans at SKU and size depth • Partner with merchandising, operations, finance, and marketing to align on demand assumptions, product launches, and promotional impacts • Own the inventory replenishment process to ensure strong product availability while limiting excess and obsolescence • Manage purchase orders through their full lifecycle, including creation, adjustments, and tracking • Monitor inbound inventory, production updates, and supply related risks • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and operational metrics • Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities from detailed analysis • Recommend actions on reorders, carryover strategies, SKU productivity, end of life decisions, and inventory optimization • Maintain and enhance planning tools, models, and processes • Support scenario planning, new product introductions, and broader growth initiatives
Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in DTC or omnichannel demand planning, inventory planning, supply chain, or similar analytical roles; apparel experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work deeply in the data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Experience managing large SKU counts and detailed size level demand
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to handle large data sets and build models
- Familiarity with forecasting systems or ERP/MRP tools; experience with Netsuite and demand planning software is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and ease working cross functionally
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong follow through
- Ecommerce, retail, or apparel experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
