• Ensure timely and accurate completion of immigration cases in line with SLAs and internal quality standards. • Conduct eligibility assessments and client consultations for assigned countries. • Deliver high-quality client service through clear, professional communication and proactive case management. • Maintain compliance for assigned jurisdictions in accordance with applicable immigration laws, regulations, operational requirements, and internal policies. • Manage assigned cases using the case management system, completing daily tasks and ensuring case statuses are accurate and up to date. • Coordinate multiple communication streams and manage internal document and information collection for assigned cases. • Liaise with local service providers and government authorities to resolve complex immigration matters. • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned countries, providing immigration advice and guidance to internal teams. • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels. • Manage a range of immigration services across multiple jurisdictions. • Where applicable, take ownership of the full immigration case lifecycle, including in-house preparation and submission of applications. • Participate in internal projects aimed at improving service delivery, operational efficiency, and client communication.

What You’ll Do - Own value-based engagements with customers from early pipeline phases through deal closure - Lead the development of robust, board-ready business cases, including ROI, TCO, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency impact - Prepare and deliver executive-level value stories that clearly link SAP Fioneer capabilities to customer strategy, regulatory drivers, and measurable outcomes - Drive value-focused input for complex RFIs/RFPs, including scenario modelling and commercial impact assessments - Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops to align on priorities, success metrics, and transformation roadmaps - Contribute to best practices, value frameworks, and reusable assets across the Banking portfolio - Support post-implementation value tracking and customer success narratives to demonstrate realised impact

• Provide daily functional support for Dynamics GP Manufacturing modules. • Troubleshoot user issues related to manufacturing transactions, item setup, and inventory discrepancies. • Support MRP processes by helping users interpret planning outputs and resolving exceptions. • Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing assemblies. • Provide support for both Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) workflows. • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to triage issues and restore operations. • Offer end-user guidance, light training, and job aids to improve adoption.

• Design, build, and deliver SharePoint and Power Platform - based business solutions tailored to client needs • Create and configure SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and information architecture using best practices • Design and implement Dataverse data models, including data relationship mapping and schema design • Create automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate to support business processes • Lead client requirements intake independently, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical solutions • Own assigned workstreams end to end, ensuring tasks are tracked, progressed, and delivered without dependency on others • Capable of working alongside peers and guiding junior staff to complete project tasks • Clearly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes with both clients and internal stakeholders • Ensure solutions are well-structured, sustainable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices
