• Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals • Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives • Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services • Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development • Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities • Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality

• Collaborate within the Sales and Marketing team to consistently build and maintain a rapport with new and existing customers including key CFO, CEO and CIO contacts as well as Director and Manager level Finance, Operations, ERP and CRM users in support of your sales activities. • Leverage analytic insight to prioritize opportunities and develop business development strategies. • Facilitate account reviews with existing clients. • Advance leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline using defined methods and established criteria. • Review sales objectives and results for target accounts and prepare action plans where improvement is needed. • Assist on projects, assignments and other duties as assigned.

• Provide daily functional support for Dynamics GP Manufacturing modules. • Troubleshoot user issues related to manufacturing transactions, item setup, and inventory discrepancies. • Support MRP processes by helping users interpret planning outputs and resolving exceptions. • Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing assemblies. • Provide support for both Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) workflows. • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to triage issues and restore operations. • Offer end-user guidance, light training, and job aids to improve adoption.
