Senior Internal Audit Data Analyst
CSG
• Plan and conduct complex data analytics in the direction of Audit and enterprise risk teams. • Interface and communicate with subject matter experts of varied backgrounds, including executives, to properly assess data requirements and execution strategy. • Discuss findings and observations with Management and Audit Teams. • Lead the execution of all aspects of data analytics to fulfill the objective; extract, clean, transform and integrate large and diverse data sources. • Create visually appealing and actionable reports using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Python, and SQL. • Maintain documentation of data sources, logic, and procedures to ensure transparency and repeatability. • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends impacting internal audit and data analytics. • Contribute data to internal risk assessments and business monitoring activities across finance, IT, compliance, and operational processes. • Partner with Internal Audit and risk team to build AI strategy, control testing automation, and innovate audit procedures. • Collaboratively engage and manage working relationships with business stakeholders and internal data experts. • Support and assist with internal audit testing as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Job-Related Experience
- 5 years of Business Intelligence / data analytics experience independently solving diverse-scope problems and advising stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes, including strong knowledge of control design.
- Advanced experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar toolsets. This should include experience in creating, deploying and maintaining dashboards.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques.
