• Lead and coordinate day-to-day collaboration with external development partners across multiple disciplines (art, animation, design, programming, QA, audio, etc.). • Define outsourcing strategies in alignment with project goals and production plans. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external studios, ensuring mutual understanding of goals, deliverables, and production standards. • Collaborate closely with internal producers, team leads, and directors to identify outsourcing needs and capacity gaps. • Supervise the quality of outsourced work - including milestone reviews, feedback loops, and approvals. • Support contract management and resource forecasting in cooperation with the production and business teams. • Negotiate business terms and agreements with external partners in collaboration with the production and business teams. • Identify risks and dependencies related to external development and proactively mitigate them. • Foster efficient communication channels and continuous improvement of co-dev processes. • Design, implement, and maintain effective tools, systems, workflows, and operational policies that enhance daily collaboration between internal and external teams. • Drive process optimization and documentation to ensure scalability and efficiency in outsourcing operations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in game development, including at least 2 years in production, outsourcing, or co-development leadership.
  • Background in vendor management or business aspects of outsourcing.
  • Solid understanding of production pipelines for at least one of the following: art, design, or programming (ideally more than one).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple external partners simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with production tools such as Jira, Miro or equivalent.

Role Summary The Procurement Project Management Specialist works as part of a centralized, specialized Project Management team, responsible for driving the execution of procurement projects from intake through completion.
