Field Territory Manager

Method Workers' Comp

• Build, manage, and grow relationships with independent insurance agencies • Drive new business opportunities and expand agency engagement • Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting and business development teams • Manage territory pipelines and ensure profitable growth • Document all activity within the Agency Relationship Management system • Attend agency visits and industry events to drive business

Job Requirements

  • Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills
  • Conduct thoughtful and strategic conversations
  • Must be comfortable with negotiating and leveraging a sales approach
  • Possess a high sense of urgency and self-confidence
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Passionate, energetic, self-motivated who thrives and can achieve sales goals
  • At least 1 year of business experience, either in insurance sales or insurance services
  • Workers’ compensation or insurance experience is required
  • Bachelor’s in business or related field mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, or similar software
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
