Senior Business Development Manager

Everstake

• Partner Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close high-potential platform partners in the U.S. market — especially those integrating staking-as-a-service for their user base. • Stakeholder Navigation: Work with compliance, legal, and product teams on both sides to move deals forward in a tightly regulated market. • Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate on integration roadmaps, partner enablement, and post-launch GTM to ensure adoption. • Industry Representation: Be Everstake’s U.S. face at conferences, investor summits, private roundtables, and crypto-native meetups. • Market Mapping: Maintain a pulse on U.S. ecosystem trends — including new wallet infrastructure, brokerage platforms, DeFi aggregators, and staking regulation. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Direct Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing) to streamline partner onboarding and feedback cycles.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Go-to-Market roles in crypto, fintech, or infrastructure SaaS
  • Demonstrated success leading full-cycle partnerships or complex product integrations, ideally within a regulated U.S. market
  • High Web3 fluency - you understand validator economics, staking flows, and wallet architecture, and can clearly explain these to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prior experience with the U.S. -based crypto platforms, custodians, or financial institutions is a strong plus
  • Strong existing network within the U.S. crypto platform ecosystem (wallets, CEXs, fintechs, custodians)
  • Excellent communication skills — native-level English fluency (spoken and written), with the ability to lead executive conversations
  • Travel-ready — willing and able to attend major U.S. and global conferences and meet partners in person

In this role, you will play a key role in Remitee’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting the expansion of strong commercial relationships with global clients. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis in the international remittance and payments industry across key regions. Design and implement effective lead generation strategies. Create compelling and customized presentations to communicate Remitee’s value proposition to potential clients. Support the active management of existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships. Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships. Work closely with Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution. Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service enhancements. Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) to generate reports, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
