Digital Workplace Consultant
Devoteam
• Manage and maintain our suite of productivity and communication and collaboration tools • Own the admin consoles, and bring common sense on user provisioning and de-provisioning based on internal audits • Configure and customize tools to meet the evolving needs of the business and our employees • Conduct regular audits of usage data and provide actionable insights • Act as the first point of contact for tool-related queries • Create and execute communication campaigns • Support the Digital Workplace Manager by attending meetings with business stakeholders • Provide technical support and training to employees • Act as a point of contact for tool vendors • Work with the security team to ensure that all tools are used in a secure and compliant manner • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and employee workflows through digital tools
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience administering productivity, communication and collaboration tools
- Proven experience in IT operations, App management, or as a System Admin
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI to enhance productivity
- A proactive and user-centric approach to work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills (Pivot tables, data cleaning)
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Apps Script)
