• Our job in Solution Consulting is to understand our customers’ business challenges and to accurately show how Unit4 solutions can solve these through value driven outcomes. • To attain the best possible solution, you will spend time researching and discovering the business challenges and desired outcomes. • You will understand the customer, challenge them, and become their voice in the sales process. • You will delight and inspire our customers to help shape and deliver value-driven outcomes. • You are a trusted advisor who will naturally lead our customers and colleagues. • You will gradually evolve to be an expert in Unit4 solutions. • You will understand and sell the value of Unit4 solutions and why Unit4 is different to other suppliers in the marketplace. • You love technology and you are driven to find the best possible solutions for our customers. • You will be expected to produce demo recordings and digital demo content. • You will be involved in a wide range of activities including but not limited to business case support, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, tenders and RFP’s, handovers to onboarding teams, working with partners, subject matter expert groups and product focused development.
Job Requirements
- Have a degree in Business Administration or Management Accounting
- Have a background in ERP SaaS Solutions selling and demoing
- Have experience as Presales consultant / Solution Consultant / Sales Engineer in preparing and running solution demonstrations
- Have industry knowledge focused on service-centred industries (Nonprofit, Professional Services, Public Sector and Higher Education) and country requirements for Sweden
- Be a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional, able to think quickly and analytically to find the right solution to a problem
- Like challenges and are looking for a role that is varied and ever-changing
- Have experience in leading customer meetings and workshop sessions
- Be passionate about technology
- Be self-motivated and an excellent collaborator
- See yourself as an ambassador, representing Unit4 with integrity, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Proficient Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written, are a requirement in this role.

Role Description The position is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and approving or denying payment of medical and/or behavioral healthcare services through prospective, concurrent, and retrospective review for the Fee for Service population. The position determines medical necessity based on standards of care, rules, regulations, policies and procedures governing the provision of covered services. All work, including remote work, should be performed within Arizona unless an exception is properly authorized in advance. Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Collaborates with providers, Tribal and AHCCCS staff regarding care coordination, utilization review, prior authorization, coverage criteria, policies and procedures, workflow, member needs, and other issues. - Evaluates, recommends action, negotiates rates, and provides ongoing monitoring for program policy compliance and reporting of data related to specialty services such as Specialty DME, Exception NF Rates, and Over Institutional Cost services. - Confers with Utilization Review Coordinators from the Peer Review Organization regarding concurrent review of length of stay and appropriateness of services. - Provides education and technical assistance to FFS Providers and Tribal staff as needed, including identification, research and resolution of member specific and provider issues, to improve compliance with AHCCCS requirements, policies, and procedures. - Tracks and/or performs focused reviews for compliance related to utilization management processes and Federal and State Rules and Regulations related to the AHCCCS FFS populations. Maintain documentation files. - Devises and submits system generated reports, extracts, and analyses for unit and division and management. - Participates in process improvement and other special projects, work groups, and committees to improve the efficiency of care coordination, utilization management, and other functions in the Clinical Administration unit. Qualifications - Must maintain a current Arizona medical license (RN or higher) or Arizona Behavioral Health license (Associate or higher) and 3 years of relevant healthcare experience. - May require a valid Arizona Driver License for travel-related duties. Requirements - Successfully pass fingerprint background check, prior employment verifications and reference checks; employment is contingent upon completion of the above-mentioned process and the agency’s ability to reasonably accommodate any restrictions. - Travel may be required for State business.
