• Preparar y organizar archivos de casos de clientes siguiendo los protocolos de la firma. • Verificar los detalles del empleador y del seguro para cada nuevo caso de ingreso. • Rastrear y recopilar documentos o información de clientes faltantes para completar archivos de casos. • Coordinar con los Especialistas en Ingreso y otros miembros del equipo para asegurar transiciones suaves de casos. • Mantener registros precisos y oportunos utilizando sistemas de software legal.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ años de experiencia en entornos legales, operaciones de back-office o servicio al cliente remoto.
  • Dominio del inglés (lectura, escritura y habla) con competencia casi nativa.
  • Posición remota – requiere conexión a Internet de alta velocidad y una computadora confiable.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios y feriados de California (los feriados de EE. UU. se consideran días libres pagados, pero los feriados colombianos serán días de trabajo).
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y administrativas.
  • Alta atención al detalle y excelentes hábitos de seguimiento.
  • Comunicación profesional y oportuna por teléfono, correo electrónico y mensajes de texto.
