• Own the end-to-end launch of new practices • Regularly present on progress to Geode’s executive leadership • Monitor project plans across multiple practice openings • Collaborate with Business Development team • Identify project risks and provide management recommendations • Build launch plan coordinating with technology, operations and marketing

• Creates and manages project plans and timelines for client initiatives within multiple workstreams • Works with project lead in managing all aspects of projects from conception to completion • Addresses and responds to client requests, with support from the Account Director • Supports the financial and project management of assigned projects to ensure successful execution and outcome, including project reconciliation • Provides task-based project management support, assisting wider delivery teams in meeting day-to-day tasks, including project routing, timeline development and maintenance, and budget/hours management/monitoring • Triages competing requests and finds solutions for capacity and resource issues • Raises swift awareness to proactively head off issues that put projects at risk for staying on time and on budget and maintains our standards of quality and value • Coordinates submission preparation and conducts follow-up as necessary • Reviews revision requests to ensure they fit with the needs of the project; coordinates with delivery teams for execution • Owns and maintains internal/client status sheets • Follows up on action items via email post meeting • Sends deliverables to client/key leaders • Assists as day-to-day contact with client • Is fully trained on client systems and dedicated to compliance in use of these systems • Monitors projects to confirm milestones and deliverables are met • Creates and manages project folders on Egnyte for all projects

• Manage projects effectively to deliver on-time, while maintaining consistent communication with customer • Oversee all customer projects, such as integrations, custom apps, data migrations and special projects • Liaise and collaborate with product, engineering and the program office to co-ordinate the work required to fulfill the project • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan (agile) • Own customer initialization - instructing the possibilities of the platform to deliver best solutions for their needs, end to end activation process • Own product implementation and configurations for simultaneous customer engagements to contract specifications • Establish strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and maintain consistent lines of communication to drive high customer satisfaction • Organize and deliver training sessions during customer onboarding • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the successful validation of configured features and workflows • Identify, track, and resolve configuration issues or software bugs prior to go-live • Provide support during the go-live and post-go-live phases • Monitor, respond to, and escalate incidents in staging and production environments, as necessary • Partner with sales and customer success teams to align customer goals and strategy to product deliverables • Provide multi-faced support both to customers and internal teams

• Shape and manage projects in collaboration with various Quietly teams, including defining the approach and scope, and developing project plans and budgets • Draft scopes of work and contribute to other contracts • Identify, secure, and successfully manage project team members • Manage projects from briefing through to completion, including setting the team up for success and steering all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Schedule meetings, take and share meeting notes, and manage administrative elements of project delivery • Successfully deliver all projects, including hitting milestones, delivering on time and within budget, and proactively anticipating, flagging and resolving risks along the way • Ensure thorough, clear and professional communication with all project stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, suppliers and contractors • Proactively communicate with clients, including delivering work, managing feedback, sharing recommendations and opportunities, flagging risks and challenges, and offering solutions while effectively managing expectations • Apply creative and strategic thinking to projects in collaboration with your team • Support in Business Development, including inputting on proposals and developing indicative project plans and budgets • Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies and work with internal team members to evolve processes for effective project management strategies and practices • Provide project level inputs that inform the efficiency and quality of work • Advocate for the agency/client relationship • Understand & respect every department’s role in delivering great work & building relationships
