Job Description The contribution of a Senior Frontend Engineer: Take full ownership of building, shipping and maintaining features, end-to-end Drive the future of CircleIn's Frontend products and design + develop a world class user experience across all products Build efficient and reusable front-end systems Help estimate, plan and execute on projects, features, and integrations Develop and utilize your skills as a mentor and leader Qualifications

• Build high performance interfaces for simulation visualization, analysis tooling, observability, and workflow configuration. • Lead frontend architecture, component systems, and UI patterns across Forge applications. • Work with backend engineers to shape APIs and extend services in Go or Python to support new capabilities. • Deliver user facing workflows that increase autonomy development velocity and reduce friction for expert and novice users. • Improve reliability through testing, CI enhancements, documentation, and strong code review practices.

• Stay up to date on assigned specialties, work on expanding to others. • Work in a full life-cycle software engineering project environment. • Conduct thorough code reviews, implement unit and integration tests, and ensure code quality. • Bring new ideas, tools, services, and techniques to the group. • Use analytical thinking to make decisions based on facts and metrics whenever possible. • Be willing to step up and lead initiatives at, or slightly above, your title. • Develop and follow ICF coding standards. • Demonstrate a desire to learn and accept new challenges within and outside of the team. • Foster asynchronous communication approaches and thrive in a remote working environment. • Expected to own smaller efforts and components of larger projects.
