Senior Partnerships Associate
ODILO
• Manage a portfolio of strategic partners in LATAM as the main point of contact to support strategic sales conversations. • Successfully achieve assigned revenue objectives, negotiate partnership frameworks, including margin, territory, leads, and joint GTM agreements. • Define and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue and pipeline growth. • Lead business reviews and performance tracking, using KPIs to develop actionable growth plans and ensure partner accountability. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to enable partner success. • Support deals throughout the sales cycle and represent ODILO in executive-level partner meetings. • Cultivate strong executive relationships with partners to accelerate growth and adoption of ODILO’s platform. • Identify and qualify new referral, reseller, and bidding/teaming partners, and formalize agreements when required, aligned with the partnership’s strategy. • Represent ODILO at key industry tradeshows and partner events, driving brand awareness, networking with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree required; MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 5 years of sales experience , with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Extensive Partner Management (4-5 years) experience within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably working in the education or public sector verticals.
- Spanish,Portuguese and English are a must.
- Profound understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and sales negotiation techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building robust client relationships
- Ability to respond promptly to customer and partner requests.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in working with CRM software and Account management systems
- Existing network of contacts with key SIVs/resellers in LATAM would be a plus.
