Job Requirements
- 🏗 Proven track record of playing a **key role in building and shipping IT products or applications**
- 🧭 Demonstrated experience **leading developers and managing development processes**
- ⚙️ Strong hands-on expertise across modern full-stack technologies and cloud architectures
- 🗄 Deep understanding of database design, performance optimization, and scalability
