EUC Account Executive
Omnissa
• Manage complex, high-value accounts within Fortune 500 and large enterprise segments • Develop and influence C-level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders • Represent Omnissa’s full SaaS portfolio—including Workspace ONE and Horizon—using a consultative, value-driven sales approach • Identify and close new business, expand existing accounts, and drive long-term customer success and satisfaction • Showcase expert negotiation and closing skills to win complex, high-value deals • Demonstrate strategic account planning and pipeline management, maintaining a clear, data-driven view of forecasts in Salesforce (SFDC) • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partner teams to deliver exceptional outcomes • Stay ahead of End User Computing (EUC) trends and competitive landscape to position innovative solutions • Participate in industry events, customer meetings, and regional activities to expand influence and market presence
Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of successful SaaS enterprise field sales experience in private or public sectors
- Expertise in developing strategic relationships with C-level decision makers at Fortune 500 customers and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
- Highly skilled in territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management with strong rigor and precision
- Consistent track record of quota over-achievement and top performance
- Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing customer lifetime value
- Strong communication skills with exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities
- Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tools
- Knowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions is a plus
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Capacity to work in an environment with multiple departments, including Solution Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product Management, Solution Architects, Professional Services, Legal, and Deal Management
- Ability to act as a trusted leader and drive your entire account team with emotional intelligence and leadership

• Manage the end-to-end complex sales cycle including prospect identification, qualification, product demonstrations (with support from the Sales Engineering team), contract negotiations and close. • Respond to and manage SLED RFPs and government contracting requirements, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as needed. • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities by researching target firms, identifying key decision makers, and driving tailored outreach that aligns Onit’s solutions with firm priorities. • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through focused pipeline management and execution. • Work in close alignment with our Sales Engineering team to develop strategy for custom demos in the pre-sales process. • Manage the handoff from signed license agreement to the implementation delivery team and stay connected during the transition to account management. • Partner with Marketing in the timely follow up of leads, the transition to opportunities process and feedback loop. • Proactively maintain accurate records in Salesforce (contacts, pipeline, forecasts, and activity logs). • Represent Onit at key industry events to promote brand visibility, network with senior executives, and source new relationships.
• Fulfill production goals by assisting regional sales team with their focus on selling Large Group customers and products • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all Large Group products and processes and how our field sales team and agents/brokers interact with these products and processes • Maintain increasing knowledge of insurance industry markets, products, and legal environments to provide value added expertise to our field sales team and agents/brokers • Effectively support our field sales team and agents/brokers to encourage them to maintain and grow their large group business by: • Reviewing the large group opportunities that our regional team has in their pipeline and providing consultative assistance to create revenue, and add coverage counts • Conducting regular follow-up calls, both in office and in market, to sell large group new business and grow the existing large group book with our products and services • Providing information on large group carrier administrative procedures and product availability, and direction in selecting appropriate large group products • Assist agents/brokers in obtaining sales materials and supplies • Assisting agents/brokers in presenting our Large Group products to clients by attending meetings as needed • Learn and utilize our large group products and services to reach our sales goals • Adhere to the CRC Benefits confidentiality standards of information
• Provide a seamless experience for customers from sales to delivery of service • Be the single point of contact for assigned broker firms to resolve any open service needs and deliver superlative, personalized care • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and exceed the expectation of our customers by providing quality information and superior customer service for a defined scope of issues and post enrollment inquiries • Proactively keep customers updated on status and outcome of ongoing support case • Provide quality customer service for issues regarding benefit administration group changes, employee enrollment changes, ID card status, and effective date inquiries • Facilitate communication to educate our customer base on the services we provide • Listen to customer ideas, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and provide feedback to Company management
