Customer Success Intern, CS

• Create and align an implementation timeline for new clients. • Follow up on the implementation process with new clients. • Perform setup/configuration of the new system. • Lead the implementation and onboarding process. • Present and guide new clients on how to use the platform. • Respond to and resolve technical support tickets. • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer issues (ensure resolution). • Facilitate technical issue resolution in case of bugs (create tasks). • Advise clients and keep them informed about resolution progress. • Create support materials based on support requests. • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (quantitative and qualitative). • Develop and maintain relationships with clients. • Create materials/communications for new feature launches. • Develop training materials and user guides for features. • Identify product improvement opportunities and communicate them to the team.
Job Requirements
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Basic technology tools (Excel, ChatGPT, automation).
- Quality-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Clear, assertive, and instructional communication skills.
- Proactive and self-starting.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
