Marketing Specialist

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the North American data center market • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales goals • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content) to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance optimization • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content such as articles, blog posts, case studies, and white papers • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of compelling content across various platforms • Optimize content for user experience using CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS • Develop and execute PR plans to enhance brand image and reputation • Craft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to communicate company news and achievements • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance, generate insights, and optimize strategies • Conduct analysis and research on social media marketing trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance specifically for the North American market • Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth in the North American data center market • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to key stakeholders • Develop initiatives to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer support) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • MBA or master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years in marketing with a focus on B2B technology or data center solutions
  • Proven experience in lead generation and revenue growth
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, social media marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Magento)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Proven experience conducting market research and competitive analysis specifically for the North American market
  • Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Project management abilities
  • Strong portfolio of published work and demonstrated ability to create engaging content and execute effective PR campaigns.
