Role Description Xplore is now hiring Bilingual Virtual Technical Support Specialist in the Cornwall, Ontario / Fredericton, New Brunswick / Woodstock, New Brunswick area to fully train and work all from the comfort of your own home! - Connect directly with customers to support in solving challenges they face. - Learn through multiple development channels. - Multi-task while managing stress in a work-from-home environment. - Complete at-home learning with a robust training program. Requirements - Advanced technical troubleshooting with customers calling to resolve concerns related to internet/network connectivity and email. - Providing an excellent customer experience by interacting with customers in a courteous, knowledgeable and professional manner. - Liaise with internal departments to investigate and escalate technical issues as appropriate including Channel Support and Network Operations. - Documenting and prioritizing trouble tickets and technical issues on customer accounts. - Maintaining extensive knowledge of technical troubleshooting for Xplore products and staying current on relative technology advancements. Qualifications - Any relevant IT certificates or qualifications would be advantageous. - Strong written and oral communication skills in English. - An additional language will be advantageous, specifically Spanish, Portuguese, French or another widely spoken language. Your Role As a Technical Support Engineer at Turnkey, you’ll help developers integrate, debug, and succeed with our SDKs and APIs across a range of environments — from React and mobile apps to backend servers and CLI tools. You’ll be the front line of technical expertise for customers building the next generation of crypto products on Turnkey. You’ll spend your days reading code, investigating issues, and helping developers get unblocked fast — all while spotting opportunities to make our SDKs, docs, and platform better for everyone. This is a deeply technical, hands-on role that blends debugging skill, customer empathy, and systems thinking.
