Senior Application Architect
Solera, Inc.
• Support development teams in designing and developing software products • Promote the adoption of standard enterprise architecture and technology stacks • Identify, design and develop technical assets and components • Work closely with Engineering to align enterprise architecture with a continuous delivery/deployment SDLC • Provide guidance and training to development squads • Research, prototype and evangelize innovative technologies and solutions • Participate in the definition of enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years' experience at an expert level proficiency in Java or C#
- Expertise building large scale web applications including use of Domain Driven Design, Microservices, API First and Event Driven architecture patterns
- Expertise using relational and non-relational databases, such as Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL or MongoDB
- Knowledge of application security, authentication & authorization using patterns such as OAuth and OpenID Connect
- Knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Delivery/Deployment methodologies, implemented using tools such as Helm, Jenkins, GitHub Azure Dev Ops
- Knowledge of Consumer Driven, TDD, BDD and Automated Testing Practices
- Expertise using interfacing data access layers for SQL and NoSQL systems including Queueing and Caching
