Job Description

BI Manager

• Drive the implementation and adoption of Power BI across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs. • Design, build, and maintain a suite of dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business KPIs, including MRR, churn, CAC, and operational performance. • Connect Power BI to diverse data sources such as Salesforce, ERP systems, SQL databases, and subscription platforms. • Develop scalable data models using DAX and Power Query to support high-performance reporting and forecasting. • Deliver tailored training and support for business users to encourage self-service analytics and improve data literacy. • Partner with teams across FP&A, Revenue Operations, IT, and Product to capture requirements and deliver analytics solutions that drive impact. • Define and implement data governance best practices with a focus on security, compliance, and data integrity. • Manage Power BI initiatives end-to-end, from planning and execution to stakeholder communication and delivery. • Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance and reliability, and proactively resolve any technical issues. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and recommend innovations to keep our analytics capabilities at the forefront.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a software or subscription business context.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), dataflows, and data modelling; experience with Salesforce, SQL Server, and ERP systems.
  • Deep understanding of recurring revenue, churn, retention, and other SaaS metrics.
  • Ability to lead projects and align stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Strong communication skills with a history of mentoring or enabling others.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and BI deployment best practices.
  • Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Nice to Have: Power BI certification, Agile project experience, or exposure to Python, R, or Tableau.
