Junior Partner – Business Operations Manager

Cashlink

• Responsible for operational excellence and the success of partnerships • Implementing and continuously optimizing processes for crypto securities registry management and crypto securities custody • Point of contact in partner management from after-sales through onboarding to offboarding • Supporting and managing strategic client projects with financial institutions in close collaboration with the COO and Head of Operations • Executing operational processes and tasks within Partner Management / Customer Success Management and assisting with process optimization • Supporting the implementation of regulatory requirements and assisting with BaFin licensing procedures as well as internal and external audits

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Business Operations or Project Management at financial institutions
  • Solid understanding of and strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies
  • Ideally experience in partner management or consulting
  • Strong process orientation and a pronounced compliance mindset
  • Quick comprehension and pragmatic implementation skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility and to precisely manage complex processes
  • Strong relationship-building skills; empathetic, confident and solution-oriented when dealing with professional clients
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in DLT trends and the motivation to grow in a highly dynamic market environment
  • Business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
