ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Guidehouse
• As a ServiceNow Consultant (Techno‑Functional), you will work with clients and internal delivery teams to support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. • You will help translate business requirements into ServiceNow functionality and assist with configuring workflows, forms, and platform features under the guidance of senior team members and Architects. • You will participate in requirements discussions, support solution design activities, and contribute to testing, training, and deployment efforts. • This role is client‑facing and provides hands‑on exposure to ServiceNow implementations while developing both functional and technical skills.
Job Requirements
- Minimum ONE (1) year of professional experience
- Minimum Degree: Bachelor's
- Experience assisting with gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow configurations or user stories
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- US Citizenship contractually required
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including basic configuration such as forms, workflows, business rules, or catalog items
- Ability to create or contribute to epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with project team members
- Experience supporting testing activities, including developing or executing test scripts during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
- Basic understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Ability to build positive working relationships with team members and clients in both on-site and remote environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a consulting and client-delivery environment
