Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Service Representative, Brokerage Placement – Commercial Lines to join our growing team! Primary functions of this role will include servicing and helping to retain commercial business through timely, accurate handling of policy service requests from retail agents via email and phone. Typical lines of business include, but are not limited to, Cyber Liability, Directors & Officers (D&O), Errors & Omissions (E&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Inland Marine (IM), and Crime. Primary responsibilities include processing cancellations, endorsements, payment status inquiries, certificates of insurance, and other day-to-day service tasks. The hours of this position will rotate to accommodate our hours of operation: 8am-5:30pm EST, Monday – Friday. How You Will Contribute: - Respond to retail agent service inquiries (email/phone) within established service-level standards and route complex items appropriately. - Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, payment status inquiries, and general policy status requests across commercial insurance lines of business including casualty, property, financial, and management lines and various other lines of business. - Issue and deliver Certificates of Insurance; verify accuracy prior to delivery. - Access carrier portals to retrieve/process endorsements, and other service items as needed. - Follow up on open tasks to close in first time-final mode whenever possible. - Collaborate with brokers and carrier contacts to resolve service issues and clarify requirements. - Escalate non-routine requests or items requiring broker or carrier review. - Follow carrier guidelines, state regulations, surplus lines requirements (as applicable to service tasks), and internal procedures. - May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Licenses and Certifications: - Active P&C and Surplus lines licenses (or ability to obtain within 45 days). Skills & Experience to Be Successful: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field (preferred) - 1-2 years commercial lines insurance experience (wholesale or retail); commercial servicing experience strongly valued (preferred) - Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, CPCU, or equivalent (preferred) - Two or more years of insurance work experience or bachelor’s degree. - Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers at all levels. - Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily tasks. - Ability to understand and efficiently utilize manual and automated technology platforms. These materials should provide value, perspective and evidence for clinical and/or pre-clinical product portfolio decisions, marketing, regulatory agency submissions (HTA), and product reimbursement strategies. - Conduct both systematic and targeted literature searches that will be foundational to the development of value dossiers suitable for HTA submissions. - Compares and evaluates the value of MiniMed’s products and therapies versus other products in the market basket with respect to the clinical, economic, and outcomes data from clinical trials and Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies including, epidemiology studies, registries, observational studies, payer pilots, cost-effectiveness modeling, surveys, and meta-analyses. - Collaborates with the Clinical Development team to ensure that an integrated evidence plan including RWE is available to support country approval and reimbursement. - Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the evidence needed to inform government agencies to secure reimbursement. - Prepares observational and economic research study results for dissemination via abstracts, presentations, and/or peer-reviewed publications.
