• Planning, coordinating and implementing projects in digital content and marketing — from startups to DAX-listed corporations • Taking full responsibility for client management throughout the entire project lifecycle as the primary point of contact and the coordinator between client needs and the project team • Analyzing and specifying client requirements in close collaboration with internal departments and presenting practical implementation options for technical and content-related requirements • Focusing on target audiences, optimal user journeys and data-driven approaches — applying relevant tools and strategies in content marketing and digital marketing • Identifying optimization potential, e.g., in CRO, lead generation and performance marketing, and confidently presenting these insights to clients
Job Requirements
- You are a proactive and motivated team member with strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- You have solid experience in planning, coordinating and executing content and digital marketing projects
- You have a deep understanding of project management and content marketing techniques and base your decisions on data from tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, Adobe Analytics or Contentsquare
- You combine quick comprehension with strategic relationship management, identify opportunities and challenges early on, and develop them into sustainable successes

How you’ll make an impact in this role - Define and ensure project resources are assigned to meet goals. - Develop project goals, objectives and schedule to align with defined business strategy. - Develop, track and document all aspects of the project. - Define project budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change. - Communicate and document project quality and progress metrics. - Address and resolve project issues to ensure project remains on track. - Provide orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
