• Oversee the high-level plans and progress of all aforementioned teams working on the asset, end-to-end from pre-clinical into commercial. • Add indication overarching activities and milestones for which they document downstream impact and justification of change to include project budget and resourcing. • Compile and own the integrated cross-functional project plan, translating the corporate strategy. • Champion project management techniques and processes, coach team members on their consistent utilization, including mapping and mitigation of project risks, and applying and logging lessons learned. • Act as primary point of contact when concerning integrated cross-functional project planning and status. • Closely collaborate with stakeholders who own, contribute to, and/or manage the project and the impact of decisions and changing circumstances. • Drive timely availability of documents as planned. • Control the agreed upon scope and ensure the team stay within the agreed scope. • Agree on the project lifetime plan with stage-driven level of detail, proactively indicate and mitigate risk and resolve issues. • Continued maintenance and communication of the project planning of timeline, budget, and resourcing. • Flag delays, underspending/ overspending, and insufficient or inadequate resourcing where they may liaise with governance, Finance, and Function Heads on behalf of the team. • Ensure high performing team’s effectiveness, proactively addressing stakeholders and partnering with the project leadership to ensure effective project team and governance meetings. • Partner with different teams and function Leads to translate team strategies into fully integrated functions-overarching project plans.

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level. • Ensure escalation pathways adhered to internally and externally (Rules of Engagement – communication pathways). • On projects where the scope requires, ensure clear delineation in responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads. • Accountable for the overall delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality). • Ensure financial stewardship at a project level by demonstrating an intimate understanding of the contract, resource alignment to budget, management of Out of Scope activity. • Establish, communicate and manage customer expectations to achieve optimal delivery during the project. • Drive Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at project level (RBQM/RESOLVE). • Ensure project team compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH- GCP, regulatory and project specific requirements.

• Manages basic translation project process flows throughout its complete life cycle. • Plans, schedules, and performs risk management of projects. • Allocates resources on any given project. • Tracks project progress to ensure quality, deliveries and cost to stay on plan. • Manages day to day relationship with client on project matters; including status reports and project solutions. • Facilitates effective communication within project team.

• Independently leads large, complex project portfolio planning and delivering at all stages with clients • Measures project performance and progress using appropriate tools and techniques • Coordinates internal and external business activities to achieve project goals • Provides mentorship and guidance for new hires and less senior project managers
