Business Systems Analyst, Compensation & Analytics
DoorDash
• Play a critical role in shaping how DoorDash manages and scales its compensation programs • Design and implement solutions that directly improve the employee and manager experience across performance, pay, and planning cycles • Gain deep exposure to the annual cycles to grow, scale and improve overall experience • Own meaningful system components and have the autonomy to recommend and execute improvements • Influence key data flows and reporting frameworks that drive business decisions • Work in a fast-paced, impact-driven culture where experimentation and innovation are encouraged • Grow your Workday and People Systems expertise through hands-on configuration, release management, and strategic projects
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Workday with a focus on Compensation and Reporting (Advanced Compensation strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, including calculated fields, EIBs, business processes, condition rules, compensation foundational setup and security
- Strong capability in building custom reports, dashboards, matrix reports, trending analysis, and data validations
- Ability to translate technical system requirements into clear, actionable processes for nontechnical partners
- Experience supporting compensation cycles (merit, equity, promotions) in Workday
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and proactively solve complex problems
