• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure environments. • Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers. • Manage Windows SQL Server databases and ensure their high availability and performance. • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC). • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Ensure robust network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances. • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability. • Collaborate with development, security, and support teams to ensure seamless integration and operations. • Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and infrastructure issues. • Maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures.

• Coordinate the development of high-complexity projects and features, from analysis of the Product Plan or Work Orders to defining the most appropriate solutions. • Gather, analyze and validate requirements with the involved areas, ensuring alignment with business needs. • Prepare, review and maintain functional and technical specifications, ensuring clarity, feasibility and adherence to the defined scope. • Model and define the logic of features, applying software engineering best practices. • Lead brainstorming, review and validation meetings, promoting alignment between objectives, scope and expected outcomes. • Analyze features with errors or inconsistencies, assess risks and impacts, and define corrective actions. • Present new features and releases to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment. • Perform other activities related to Systems and Development.
