Job Description

JDE Solution Architect – CNC Consultant

Vantive

• Oversee and manage the architecture of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to ensure optimal performance and scalability • Install, configure, and maintain CNC components and software updates • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements • Provide technical support for JDE applications, resolving infrastructure-related problems • Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to align JDE architecture with organizational needs • Log management • Monitoring activities for CPU, Disk I/O, memory, database • Using in-depth technical knowledge of ERP systems and Oracle JDE functionalities • Identify improvement opportunities and direct teams for automation solutions to minimize manual tasks • Maintain system security, data integrity and compliance with best practices • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures • Optimize server configurations, database performance, and networking to enhance efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in JD Edwards CNC administration and architecture
  • In-depth knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne infrastructure and CNC configuration
  • End-to-end new installation and upgrade experience across platforms
  • Proficiency primary in Oracle/SQL DB, combine with experience in at least one of the following: GoldenGate, JDE Orchestrator, Oracle Linux v7 and Windows server management and networking concepts
  • Experience in Web Logic v12
  • Experience in SSO and LDAP integration
  • Familiarity with the AWS platform; certification is a plus
  • Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate in English (Advanced level) and interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
