• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Business Continuity Management (BCM) und IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) • Mitwirkung bei Risikoanalysen, Business-Impact-Analysen (BIA) sowie bei der Bewertung von IT-Abhängigkeiten • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Notfallhandbüchern, IT-Wiederanlaufplänen und Recovery-Strategien • Begleitung technischer und organisatorischer Tests (z. B. Wiederanlauftests, Notfallübungen) einschließlich Auswertung und Optimierung der Ergebnisse • Analyse bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen und kritischer Services mit Fokus auf Verfügbarkeitsanforderungen sowie definierte Recovery-Zeiten • Mitwirkung in Projekten zur Steigerung der IT-Resilienz, z. B. durch das Design von Redundanzkonzepten, Cloud-/Hybrid-Strategien oder Sicherheitsmaßnahmen • Dokumentation und Präsentation von Arbeitsergebnissen für die Kundenseite sowie interne Stakeholder • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung interner Methoden, Tools und Templates im Bereich BCM/ITSCM

• Work with SouthEast Region providers to define and advance their goals related to interoperability, quality, value-based arrangements, and risk adjustment strategies • Recommend execution strategies and monitor performance toward these goals • Actively monitor and analyze provider performance data to identify areas for improvement • Be an expert on the Stars/Quality program, educating physician groups on HEDIS, patient safety, and patient experience • Collaborate to develop tailored action plans and communicate applicable insights to improve performance • Implement strategies to enhance outcomes and provide ongoing support and guidance to providers • Be a liaison for providers to access Humana resources, educating and encouraging providers on the use of self-serve tools • Educate provider groups on reward programs and target metrics, collaborating to achieve established goals • Monitor and reports on the effectiveness of reward programs, making recommendations for enhancements • Resolve provider abrasion issues, ensuring a positive and collaborative relationship between Humana and its providers • Collaborate with teams to drive initiatives that support provider performance improvement

• Utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to engage, educate, and promote/influence members decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status • Facilitates effective health care decision-making • Improves the quality of care • Improves member satisfaction with their health care plan • Facilitates appropriate use of health care resources • Provides up-to-date health care information to help facilitate members’ understanding of their health problems and possible options • Provides assistance by clarifying available options for the member's particular health problem or issue • Helps members actively and knowledgeably participate with their provider in their own health care decision-making • Promotes healthy lifestyles to help lower personal health risks, preventing illness • Awareness of the member’s available health and wellness programs, and makes referrals to these programs as appropriate

• Designing, auditing, and releasing ID cards for printing and mailing. • Programming information that will print on a client’s ID cards – customizing as requested. • Using plan documents to determine what information to put on ID card and manually enter that into the vendor system. • Work cross functionally to understand unique client requests/needs and work that into the best layout option. • Auditing live cards against approved samples and correcting problems. • Completing daily and monthly tracking using Excel and Salesforce. • Working on process improvements, user testing, and updating existing client setups.
