• Work with SouthEast Region providers to define and advance their goals related to interoperability, quality, value-based arrangements, and risk adjustment strategies • Recommend execution strategies and monitor performance toward these goals • Actively monitor and analyze provider performance data to identify areas for improvement • Be an expert on the Stars/Quality program, educating physician groups on HEDIS, patient safety, and patient experience • Collaborate to develop tailored action plans and communicate applicable insights to improve performance • Implement strategies to enhance outcomes and provide ongoing support and guidance to providers • Be a liaison for providers to access Humana resources, educating and encouraging providers on the use of self-serve tools • Educate provider groups on reward programs and target metrics, collaborating to achieve established goals • Monitor and reports on the effectiveness of reward programs, making recommendations for enhancements • Resolve provider abrasion issues, ensuring a positive and collaborative relationship between Humana and its providers • Collaborate with teams to drive initiatives that support provider performance improvement

• Designing, auditing, and releasing ID cards for printing and mailing. • Programming information that will print on a client’s ID cards – customizing as requested. • Using plan documents to determine what information to put on ID card and manually enter that into the vendor system. • Work cross functionally to understand unique client requests/needs and work that into the best layout option. • Auditing live cards against approved samples and correcting problems. • Completing daily and monthly tracking using Excel and Salesforce. • Working on process improvements, user testing, and updating existing client setups.

Duties/ Behaviors • Install, configure, support, monitor, test, optimize, and troubleshoot problems pertaining to deployment, integration, and implementation of new hardware and software in moderate-to-complex client network environments with guidance, review, and QA from Consultant III’s. •Be a project team member working with a Consultant III implementing Collaboration solutions for enterprise sized customers. • Provide Tier 2 support for network and Collaboration infrastructures. •Demonstrate continued growth and independence when working with clients. •Implement migration strategies, implementation plans, risk mitigation plans, test plans, and disaster recovery plans for Collaboration solutions. •Support network standards, processes, and security at client sites. •Maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with clients; work jointly through technicians or directly with the client. •Assist with providing an effective high-level assessment of technology costs, benefits, and risks to develop and deliver total solutions. •Develop proposals for the client’s senior management and technology advisors. •Evaluate, test, and document technology and solution opportunities for new and existing partner service offerings. •Act as a technical lead for small to medium-sized clients. •Design small to medium complex networks with the assistance of Senior Lead Consultants as needed. •Participate in and lead project meetings and design discussions. •Communicate project status and weekly activities to internal and external PMs. •Maintain and update project documentation and auditing for various clients. •Review the design and implementation plans for the client, ensure understanding of the business needs and how they map to the solution, and provide feedback to PM, PMO, and Consultant III based on actual field experience. •Participate in the delivery of projects on time and within budget. Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field experience. Certifications 4+ years hands-on, technology related experience or equivalent education. Proven work experience dealing with client accounts. CCNP-Collaboration Completed, or other CCNP-x certification, or substantial equivalent knowledge or experience. Professional Skills Detailed knowledge of core technology services, ability to design solutions and create configurations. Detailed knowledge of Collaboration products, ability to configure and install them based on complex requirements. Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities among team members. Skills to create and deliver presentations. Business writing skills to be used when creating proposals and client documentation. Ability to initiate feedback, proactively build rapport, respond immediately if possible, and escalate if necessary. Aptitude for creative solution design (demonstrate creativity in solving client problems). Basic understanding of business principles – understanding key drivers for reseller and client, business models – used to make informed choices; create solutions that address challenges.
