Business Development Lead – DACH Region
Sphynx Technology Solutions
• Develop and execute a go-to-market and sales strategy for the DACH region • Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise and institutional clients • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives, CISOs, and senior decision-makers • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to shape tailored, value-driven solutions • Represent Sphynx at industry events, partner meetings, and key customer engagements • Monitor market dynamics, regulatory trends, and competitive landscape in the region
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in cybersecurity, IT services, or complex enterprise solutions
- Demonstrated experience selling into the DACH market, with a strong understanding of regional business culture and decision-making processes
- Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in a results-driven role
