Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

enVista

• Own and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social channels • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and qualified conversions • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and opportunity modeling to guide campaign and content strategy • Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page alignment to improve performance metrics • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs including CPL, ROIM, rankings and conversion rates • Conduct technical and on-page SEO audits and partner with web and content teams to implement improvements • Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to align SEO and PPC with campaign themes and offers • Run A/B tests across ads and landing pages to continuously improve conversion performance • Manage budgets and forecasts across paid channels to maximize return on spend • Build dashboards and executive-ready reports that translate performance data into actionable insights • Stay current on search engine algorithms, paid media features and digital marketing best practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 3-6+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and SEO programs
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices including technical, on-page and off-page optimization
  • Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to grow traffic and conversions through data-driven optimization
  • Experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS concepts preferred
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Google Ads and/or Analytics certifications are a plus
  • Candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous US
