• Coach, lead, and serve District Sales Managers in Training, Territory Sales Manager II, and Territory Sales Managers • Provide communication structure for direct reports and maintain morale • Offer clinical and scientific perspective in the development and refinement of laboratory tests • Assist with the development of educational materials • Represent the company at professional meetings and conferences • Display informal leadership and interact with all departments within the company

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, with a focus in life sciences
  • 5+ years sales consultative sales experience
  • Familiarity with company products
  • Ability to develop effective and persuasive presentations
  • Experience with sales automation software such as Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
