Dein Traumjob A performance-driven sales role focused on expanding business in the thermal energy, water distribution, and sub-metering markets. Responsibilities include managing and growing a customer portfolio, acquiring new clients, achieving regional sales targets, and overseeing the annual budget. The role combines technical sales support, tender preparation, offer coordination with internal teams, and regular reporting to the Director of International Sales. Deine Aufgaben - Takeover of existing customer portfolio. - Identification and acquisition of customers and support in day-to-day activities. - Understanding and development of the sub-metering market. - Mapping of the thermal energy, water distribution and sub-metering market. - Monitoring sales opportunities and offers. - Planning sales targets in the region. - Responsible for the successful achievement of the annual budget. - Customer support in the distribution area; technical support, sales advice for customers. - Development of specifications for tenders. - Coordination of customer requests within the organisation. - Liaising with the internal sales department and product management for customer requests. - specifying offers in preparation for the internal sales department. - Regular reporting to the Director of International Sales Dein Profil - Experience in the thermal energy, water metering and sub-metering markets is required for France and the countries in the assigned area. - Several years of professional experience in the fields of billing services, real estate economics or public utilities, ideally with a specialisation in metering technology or the manufacture of metering devices. - Comprehensive vocational training in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), building services engineering or a similar field. - Strong ability to explain complex technical situations in an understandable way. - Strong negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively, about 50% of the time - Ability to work independently – remotely. - Stress resistance, reliability, adaptability. - In-depth IT knowledge (MS Office) for the effective use of software and systems. - Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
