Business Development Representative

Delegate CX

• Build targeted lists of promotional product distributors. • Conduct cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate records. • Track deal stages and next action steps. • Schedule follow-ups and keep deals progressing. • Monitor timelines and ensure distributors remain informed. • Track responses and engagement. • Book qualified meetings for the founder. • Follow up consistently to ensure no lead is left behind.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of direct customer service and lead generation experience.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.).
  • Direct experience in cold calling.
  • Experience in the promotional products industry.
  • Experience in B2B sales coordination.
  • Experience managing overseas manufacturing timelines.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
