Job Requirements

  • 14+ Years of experience in leading/managing Oracle Cloud projects (HCM/ERP/SCM)
  • Understands the E2E Implementation Cycle and Key Aspects of risk-free delivery
  • Managed at least 3+ ERP/HCM E2E implementations in Oracle Cloud space.
  • Plan, execute, Coordinate oracle system implementation projects. Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, OCM, Business) and report status to key stakeholders on a regular interval.
  • Experience in managing client expectations for timelines, deliverables, and change requests
  • Hands on MPP (Project Plan) to build a comprehensive Project Execution plan by keeping key milestones and Methodology in consideration
  • Experience in managing Test Cycles and Cutover by using Testing tools like JIRA, HP ALM etc.
  • Create Budget, plans and schedules to track project performance, changes and issues
  • Experience in project governance to establish RACI, Escalation path, Change Management Process etc.
  • Manage client expectations for timelines, deliverables, and change requests
  • Track the overall progress and highlight challenges ahead in the game to ensure risk-free delivery.
  • SME Skills around some of the key modules in Finance and HR, to anticipate
  • Project forecasting, Hours Burn (Actuals Vs Planned), and tracking Revenue and Time in tracking tools
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Project manager particularly with Oracle cloud solutions
  • Experience in Leading/Managing GPS projects (NA) like State Local, Higher Ed, Universities, etc.
  • Expertise in Agile Methodology/JIRA
  • Exposure in drafting Testing Strategies and Cutover plan
  • Fluent Oral and Written communication Skills
  • PMP Certification will be an added advantage
