Accounting Support Specialist
Onto Innovation
• Driving the day-to-day Accounting (mainly AR) and month-end close activities • Providing support in the overall statutory compliance work across Europe
Job Requirements
- GL Accounting
- Month-end close
- Setting up and maintaining supporting documentation (BS accounts reconciliation, Balance sheets ownership of assigned companies in Europe)
- Ensure that invoices are correctly and timely posted in accounting and sent to customers
- Follow up on the collection of AR
- Working with CS&L team to resolve queries from customers related to open invoices
- Preparing the weekly payments
- Preparing the weekly bank account reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly cash forecast
- Assist in the preparation of management reporting to support the regional business and management
- Assist in quarterly reporting to US head office
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Coordinate all statutory reporting in the different countries in the region with our local administrators
- Coordinate the monthly payroll inputs and outputs with external payroll providers; Prepare payroll entries
